HSE-recognised EFAW, FAW and Paediatric training, delivered onsite at your workplace in hands-on groups capped at 8, we come to you, so there's no venue to book and no staff travel time to lose. My delivery moves at the same pace as hospitality itself: energetic, interactive and hands-on, with quizzes, games and practical drills throughout, kept simple, so it never drags and nothing feels irrelevant. Courses here are shaped around real shifts: kitchens, shop floors and the injuries your team is actually likely to see. The same small-group approach works just as well for offices, warehouses, nurseries and healthcare teams, hospitality just happens to be where this all started.

01 Why SafeServe exists

I sent my own staff on first aid training. It didn't prepare them. So I built the course I wished they'd had.

I spent 18 years in hospitality, the last 8 as a business manager, before founding SafeServe First Aid. Standard first aid courses left my own staff no more confident than when they arrived, so I built the course I wished they'd had: small groups, capped at 8, with time spent on the injuries your sector actually faces. Common questions

Are your certificates HSE-recognised?

Yes - our EFAW and FAW courses meet HSE requirements for workplace first aid. Paediatric courses are EYFS-compliant for Ofsted-registered settings.

What does “blended” mean?

Blended courses split the learning between online theory (which your team complete at their own pace, usually 1–4 hours) and a shorter, hands-on practical session at your premises. You get the same certificate as a classroom-only course, with significantly less time off the floor.

How many people can I book on a course?

Most courses run with up to 8 learners as standard - we deliberately keep groups small so every learner gets plenty of hands-on time on the manikins and walks away genuinely confident. Larger groups (up to 12) can be arranged on request.
