We work with qualified freelance instructors across Cambridgeshire and the South East to deliver scheduled and onsite courses. If you're accredited, insured and care about the quality of what you teach — we'd like to hear from you.
SafeServe runs small, hands-on courses where the instructor is the product. We look for people who can teach the syllabus accurately and bring it to life with real stories from clinical, workplace or military experience.
If you're not sure whether your accreditation counts, apply anyway — happy to talk it through.
Most of our work falls into a few clear buckets — you tell us which you're qualified for, and we slot you into the schedule when relevant courses come up.
What's provided: All consumables, manikins, training AEDs, bandages and learner materials. We handle bookings, certification, learner comms and admin so you can focus on the teaching.
Pay: Day rates discussed individually based on course type, experience and travel. We pay on receipt of invoice within 14 days — no chasing.
Takes about 5 minutes. Tell us what you teach, where you'll travel and your accreditation details.
Andrew will be in touch for a short call to understand your experience and what kind of work suits you.
Quick verification of insurance, accreditation, AET and DBS where required. Send us copies and we'll log them.
Once approved, you go on our freelance list. We'll get in touch when relevant courses come up — no obligation to accept any specific date.
Fill in the form and we'll come back within 2 working days. Prefer to send a CV directly? Email andrew.holland@safeservefirstaid.co.uk.
If you're a workplace first aider, event medic or paramedic looking for occasional cover work, drop us a line. We're happy to hear from related professionals even if the roster page above doesn't quite fit.
